Approve new Ground Lease agreements with DPHP Hotels, LLC including Full Service Hotel Ground Lease and Select-Service Hotel Ground Lease for hotel component, with Dana Point Harbor Partners, LLC for commercial core and marina component, and with Dana Point Harbor Partners Drystack, LLC for drystack components of Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Project, 66-year terms; approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dana Point Harbor Partners, LLC for intention to negotiate lease and lease amendment at OC Sailing & Events Center within 180 days; and authorize Chief Real Estate Officer or designee to execute lease agreements, amendments, MOU and related documents under certain conditions
