Approve grant applications/awards submitted by Health Care Agency, District Attorney, OC Community Resources and Sheriff-Coroner and retroactive grant applications/awards submitted by Health Care Agency and John Wayne Airport in 5/5/26 grant report and other actions as recommended; adopt resolution authorizing Health Care Agency Director or designee to submit and execute application, related documents and amendments to State Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery for Local Enforcement Agency grant, five-year term; adopt resolution authorizing District Attorney or designee to execute Standard Agreement VC7870 and amendments with California Victim Compensation Board for Criminal Restitution Compact Program, 7/1/26 - 6/30/29 ($335,367); and making California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption findings under CEQA guidelines section 15061(b)(3); and adopt resolution approving standard agreement AD-2627-22 with California Department of Aging for Aging and Disability Resource Connection Program 7/1/26 - 6/30/27 ($728,350); and authorizing OCCR Director or designee to execute agreement, amendments and related documents
