With respect to the administrative government claim from Sam Lahooti, which was considered by the Board in closed session on February 10, 2026, as SCS-9, the Board in closed session on February 10, 2026, unanimously authorized settlement of this automobile accident claim involving an August 2024 collision with a County vehicle in the amount of $170,000. A legal settlement with Mr. Lahooti has now been reached.  When the settlement agreement is finalized, copies of the settlement agreement will be made available through the office of CEO-Risk Management.
