Approve model contract for common use passenger processing and common use self service systems replacement and support services, three year term ($9,000,000); renewable for one additional two-year term; select and approve respondent and alternate respondent from Solicitation Ranking Results list; authorize County Procurement Officer or Deputized designee to negotiate and execute contract with selected or alternate respondent; authorize Director or designee to exercise cost contingency increase not to exceed to 10% under certain conditions; and make California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption findings under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301
