Approve Behavioral Health Integrated Plan for FY 2026-27 to FY 2028-29 for Behavioral Health Services Act programs and services; authorize Director or designee to execute and submit plan to California Department of Health Care Services; approve expenditures from Behavioral Health Services Act funds for community planning, outreach and training, under Welfare and Institutions Code Section 5892 and California Department of Health Care Services Behavioral Health Services Act County Policy Manual; authorize Auditor-Controller to make payments under certain conditions; and certify County will meet Behavioral Health Realignment obligations under Welfare and Institutions Code Section 14197.7
