Authorize Director or designee to utilize Housing Successor Agency funds for loan financing for Mercury Brea LP, a limited partnership formed by C&C Development Co., LLC, for development of Mercury Senior Apartments, Brea ($1,375,000); select and approve option A, B or C regarding Regional Housing Needs Allocation; approve loan commitment and subordination at construction financing to first trust deed loan ($11,500,000) and second trust deed loan ($13,237,739) and at permanent financing to first trust deed loan ($17,732,630); authorize Director or designee to subordinate additional senior debt up to 100% and execute subordination agreements and related documents under certain conditions; Acting as Orange County Housing Authority – Approve selection of Mercury Senior Apartments for utilization of eight Project-Based Vouchers; and authorize Executive Director of Orange County Housing Authority or designee to execute related documents under certain conditions
